In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us via email at hello@dickysmiles.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we’ll get the ball rolling.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be present and it must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. All being well with the item’s condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange any of our items, send us an email at hello@dickysmiles.com and we’ll be happy to arrange this with you!
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. The returns address should be on your order’s packing slip, however please contact us if you need us to provide it again.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
