Delivery Information
As a small retailer, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
UK Shipping:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery within 2–3 business days from dispatch.
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
European Union:
- Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local customs and postal services.
International Orders (Outside the EU)
- Estimated delivery within 6–7 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery times can be affected by customs processes.
Any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:
Standard Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s own cost.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@dickysmiles.com or use our contact form within 7 days of receiving it.
- We will offer a full refund, including the original delivery cost, or a replacement, depending on your preference.
